When should I book a wedding coordinator?
This depends on quite a few factors, but I’ve outlined a standard recommendation below.
You’re always welcome to send in your inquiry even if it’s less than the recommended amount of time.
I recommend booking at least four months in advance so that we can set up a consultation, align on the scope of work, have buffer time to get any urgent to-do’s crossed off, I can sync with all your vendors the month prior, and we can ensure everything’s smooth sailing for the day of.
Do you only work with weddings in Stockholm?
I go wherever you are. Stockholm is my main focus and where I’m based, but I’ll go wherever your wedding day is.
By when should I expect a reply from my inquiry?
I respond to all inquiries within 2 business days (Monday-Friday), but in cases of sickness, busy season, or holidays/vacations, I’ll let you know if my response will be longer.

Are you an LGBTQIA+ inclusive wedding business?
Imagine: Your hair & makeup artist's running late due to an emergency, and you're the one who has to deal with the stress of 1) calling them to see where they're at, 2) calling the photographer to let them know the timeline needs to be rearranged to accommodate for the unexpected schedule change, and 3) letting your wedding party and vendors know that the timeline’s now running behind.
The worst part? This is based on a true story.
There are a million little scenarios on a wedding day that the couples (and/or loved ones) shouldn't have to be the point-of-contact for, and that’s exactly when a coordinator becomes most helpful.
